These conditions govern every visit, search, and use of Trimble County Criminal History. Using the website signals agreement with all terms below. Anyone who does not accept them should stop using the site.

KRS 17.580 can penalize misuse of Kentucky State Police Sex Offender Registry data. The registry supports public safety awareness, never confrontation, vigilantism, blacklisting, or housing discrimination.

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and do not create credit reports, background checks, or consumer reports. Our partners' tools are likewise not offered here for applicant, rental, insurance, or credit screening. Site or linked-tool data must not be used to:

  • Decide whether to hire or fire someone
  • Screen potential renters or housing applicants
  • Judge creditworthiness or set insurance premiums
  • Determine who qualifies for licenses, permits, or government programs
  • Do anything else that falls under FCRA rules

A legally compliant check for a regulated purpose must come from Kentucky's authorized official channel or a qualified FCRA-compliant provider.

5. No Legal Advice
